Quick restricter for Derbis: header to expansion chamber

Quick restricter (restrictor plate) to be installed between the header pipe and the expansion chamber.

Fits almost all mopeds with Rabasa technology, such as Derbis, Aprilias, etc.

Before ordering, please check that the bolt spacing in the three-bolt connection of the exhaust expansion chamber is 51-52 mm measured from center to center. Also fits other mopeds with a three-bolt exhaust connection and matching bolt spacing.

The restrictor is delivered with a center hole slightly smaller than stock. Hole size is 7 mm. With this, all models will surely run under 45 km/h.

The restrictor is easy to drill yourself if it restricts power too much. The best tool for drilling is a step drill bit with the desired diameters. It is recommended to increase the hole size a couple of millimeters at a time until the desired restriction is achieved, to ensure the restrictor does not accidentally become too large: drilling the hole is easy – making it smaller is difficult.
