Thank you for shopping at BikeRiseOutlet. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are not fixed; they are based on chosen shipping service, cart order total sum and destination of your selected items. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We offer various shipping methods through multiple carriers to provide you with the best available options. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen service. For all locations you can choose from home delivery or collection-point deliveries.
For deliveries inside Finland shipping time is usually 1-5 business days depending on the chosen delivery type. The shipping time starts after the package is sent from us.
For deliveries outside Finland shipping time is usually 2-8 business days depending on the chosen delivery type. The shipping time starts after the package is sent from us.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Finland and selected countries within Europe. If you cannot find your country at checkout, please contact our customer service to inquire about shipping possibilities.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders within the European Union (EU), prices include VAT, value added tax. For international orders outside the EU, BikeRiseOutlet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, import duties, or local taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer support immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
